Black Garlic Butter

The soft, candy-like cloves of black garlic are wonderful mixed into sauces, rice dishes, and anything else that’s good with “regular” garlic. Here is a crowd favourite black garlic delivery system – a deeply flavourful compound butter.

Ingredients:

6-8 Cloves Multi Clove Black Garlic or 1 Single Clove whole Black Garlic

100g Butter, room temprature

Method of Preparation:

1.Use a rubber spatula or hand mixer or your food processor to combine both the ingredients until thoroughly and evenly mixed.

2. Transfer the mix to a plastic wrap or parchment paper and wrap in a log shape.

3. Place the rolls in the fridge or refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Note:

Use unsalted butter and add Smoked Sea Salt in the end for a different yet amazing flavour.
